• Work collaboratively with Designer and VP of Design to design a seasonal collection for the following brands: BedHead Pajamas, Kate Spade New York & iRelax exclusively at Dillard’s

• Collaborate with the Design Director to design groups within the collections

• Handle daily correspondence with Joe Fresh licensor
• Manage print revisions and requests from licensor by working closely with the Print Director
• Source seasonal trims and approve quality, size, and color for market samples and bulk yardage for production
• Create embroidery and appliqués detail sheets to advise factories how to execute
• Collaborate with pattern maker to create new samples for line review and to eventually send to the factory for sampling
• Manage intern’s tasks and responsibilities
• Participate and attend all fittings until approved fit
• Work closely with brand manager and production coordinators to ensure all samples
arrive on time and that all changes are reflected on the market samples
• Prepare seasonal catalog using Adobe InDesign CC and presentation materials for pre-line review and buy meetings during Market Week

Researched ideas and concepts for upcoming projects by using forecasting services such as Fashion Snoops and WGSN, shopped the market and created trend boards.
Sketched flats, drew figures, developed line sheets for presentations and create repeats for croquis.
Sourced trims, buttons, and fabric and supervised the samples being made for accounts.
Put together creative presentation boards, and created packaging/hangtag designs and mock-ups as needed for accounts. Changed artwork as per licensor requests or internal requests and provide pantone colors for production artwork.
