A pioneer for an e-commerce company based in Hong Kong.

Started off as their only Customer Support agent. Worked together with the CEO and then Supply Chain Manager. Eventually, the company asked me to built the team for the Customer Support department and manage. As to date, I was able to create a team of Email Support and Social Media Support.

We handle emails from customers containing concerns/ issue with their orders, tracking and monitoring of shipment. As the Manager, it is my duty to maintain low volumes of inquries and quality control on all fronts. Also, we have a Social Media Customer Support team who handles Social Media pages and focuses on communicating with customers through comments sections and or inbox of the Social Media channels. I make sure both teams on track and on schedule, espcecially when there are high volume of tickets.

Aside from Managing a team, I have had experience hiring agents for particular teams not just the Customer Support team. And also did payroll in the beginning of the project.

Main responsibility as Customer Support Manager, I present report to higher management on status of each team with regards to volume of incoming tickets and inquiries. And would give suggestions for improvements.

high quality and modern home accessories from wooden signs, custom signs, totes, pillows, diffusers, mason jars, candles. kitchen accessories, and much more.

In-charge of designing for customers their items such as wooden signs, totes, diffuser name tags. Handles production of wooden signs; from designing, to follow-ups, to production stage up to delivery stage.

Also handles catalogs of store products, e-blasts, design store advertisement, design and distribute special announcements.

Main responsibility as the Layout Artist for Salcedo Auctions' 2014 Auction Event Catalog. Other responsibility would be billboard design, invitation, e-vites, social media announcements, e-blasts, newsletters, signage, and other graphic components needed for Salcedo Auctions' September Auction Event.

AuctionZip, which is a leading online live auction marketplace and leading e-commerce web site for fine auctioneers, caters to more than 25,000 professional auctioneers and 14 million auction buyers who comes together each year to promote and find everything at auction, including collectibles, art, antiques, real estate, equipment and estate merchandise.

Role responsibility is to design website banner Ads, advertising needs, specifically Ad campaigns that promote the company's auction house clients.
