My role with Johnson Health Tech allowed me to design products that embodied the brand's identity and the consumer's desire. As an advocate for the user, I lead industrial design teams with a user-centered design process. Through observational research, customer discussions, and concept prototyping; I uncovered unmet user needs that fueled new product development intimately connecting product with user.
