Responsibilities:
◑Managing design process from concept through to final styling.
◑ Making Visual sample asper buyer requirement via CLO 3D.
◑ Finalize Techpack for sample development and commercial purpose.
◑Presentations and communicating design vision and mission with HOD.
◑Research and Develop Fabric and Embellishment.
◑Lead key product development milestone events to ideate, develop and curate product vision.
◑Work closely with product development, Technical Team and Buyers.
◑Provide leadership, management and development of team through product category expertise.

◑Concern and Responsible Design & Development for POETICGEM UK Design team.
◑Managing design process from conception through to final styling for international retailers in
regards to new style, fabric and trim developments; Creating TP for development that include
flat sketch, detail sketches, fabric and trim information, Print and key measurements.
◑Engage in artwork reviews, mentoring sessions and team discussions for continuous
development and increased knowledge of practical design skills, company and industry
standards and internal / external design expectations.
◑Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking
design inspiration. Creating production sketches / TP for development packages, Adapting
existing designs for Production.
◑Collaborating with technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate.
◑Conceptualize and create compelling product for all monthly deliveries
◑Developing patterns for overseeing production-analysing trends in fabrics, colours and shapes.
◑Sourcing suppliers and select fabrics and trims, etc
◑Supervising the making up of sample garments and quality control.

As a Trainee to Junior Executive level i had been Working closely with the Design and Development team.
-Source fabrics to develop the style concept as required, considering costs/margins.
-Worked with senior developers to Maintain and manage the critical path process, ensuring all details are kept up to date.
-Liaise directly with suppliers andbBuild strong relationships and communication within other business departments.
-Identify and sourcing new technologies / ways of working
-Ensure all fabrics, components and trims are compliant to the correct quality standards.
-Create tech packs
-Maintain garment fits, blocks, and grade rules for consistency across the brand products
-Liaise with all supply bases for on time deliveries.
-Maintain test reports and Ensure all quality points of the garment.

-Maintain everyday product merchandising activities.

-Process and monitor invoices and shipments accurately.

-Maintain accurate stock, export and shipping related documents.

-Generate reports related to sales and profits and new merchandising concepts.

-Manage merchandising calendar to meet deadlines.

-Prepare samples and perform sample testing and reporting.

-Assist in developing merchandising ideas for business growth based on industry trends.
