Fashion design and creative direction for different brands

Grunge John Orchestra. Explosion is a premium Moscow fashion brand which was founded in 2009 and quickly became famous by it's complicated and technologically perfect jackets. The brand uses technology of garment dyeing to produce jackets, jersey, denim, accessories and many more. This technology is very complicated and specific because fabric change their structure and color during the dyeing process. As the head fashion designer I did for GJO.E season FW 2019-20 and design project for season SS 2020 and also designed 2 collaborations - one for russian channel TV Rain and other one for russian yachting company Sila Vetra. My job included communication with junior designers and mentorship,fabrics research, creating of collection assortment and collection colors, creating of new dyeing methods, fashion design, sketches drawing, fittings and daily communication with production department while developing the collection.

I have started to work with company All We Need on freelance as a head fashion designer. All We Need is an young fashion womenswear brand which is mostly famous by it's coats The job included multiply tasks as creating of brand assortment, fashion sketching and technical drawings, communication with production and sales department, fabrics research and ordering, control of fittings, creating of collection and lookbook concepts. For AWN I did seasons SS 2018 and FW 2018-19. My collections were the first ones where brand started to produce total-look and could offer to clients a choice of suits, dresses, tops and trousers. Now brand became also famous as the good developer of suits and office total-looks.

Working on collection concept, creation of complete collections with one general idea, research of colors, prints and materials, making prints and decorative elements that fit collection style, fittings, technical sketches and more...

Control of all design and production processes, creative direction, creating and developing of all collections including fabric research ad buying, sketches, fittings and production quantities. Team building, including hiring employees, motivation and control.
