I AM: a writer-designer-globetrotter-stylist-quipper-ideamaker passionate about all things art, style, culture, and design. I love playing with pixels and puns and thrive on a witty exchange of vibrant ideas. I live and breathe a creative life—making (ideas, words, things, actions) makes me tick. How I got from the Philippines to Boston, studying math to psychology and philosophy to design, spanning a career from marketing to philanthropy to art—curiosity, adventure, “what ifs” fuel my spark.

HIRE ME FOR: art direction; creative vision, leadership, and mentoring; conceptual and comprehensive design (exhibition/environmental graphics, interior design, signage, marketing print/digital, retail product/display); integrated campaigns and advertising; copywriting/editing; brand voice, strategy, and ethos; project management and strategic planning; my charisma and collaborative spirit.

COLLEAGUES SEEK ME FOR: pipedreams and wordclouds (philosopher-turned writer-turned designer after all); quips and taglines; inspiration; eye candy (my kunstkammer of art, books, prints, objects, tchotchkes a treasure trove!); Pantones and fonts; “my eye”; charrettes; collaboration; institutional knowledge/mayor; insight; “the plan”; encouragement; therapy (putting that psych major to use); food/travel talk (as my chef-sister and I work through the World’s Top 50 Restaurants); fashion tips; where to shop for cool things; fun and a good laugh.

I HAVE FLAIR FOR: style; pun-a-thons; the clever; music; finding the perfect poem/quote/lyrics to soundtrack any situation; waxing poetic (perhaps voted “most poetic” in high school was an early indicator); ESP(N); spotting/predicting trends; “collecting”; maximalism; orchestration; the joie de vivre; cool business ideas; connecting the dots and people.

I VALUE: personality, originality, purpose, passion, honesty, awareness, imagination, “lab partners,” discovery, solutions, humanitarianism, variety, kindness, the future, the new, optimism, generosity, humor, wit, dreamers, change, perspective, substance, smarts, spirit.
