Currently seeking new and exciting opportunity.

I have a first class Honour Degree in Textile and Fashion Design, from University of Portsmouth, UK. In additional to my twenty years working experience in Information Technology discipline, where I obtained a second class Honour Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (Major in Computer and Control) back in the 19th.

My passion is in the creative works such as design and arts. I am a fast learner and can be pretty skilful with my hands and computer skills. I believe that my preceding career would have a complementary role in the forward moving industry. There is a purpose for everything that God has put me through. I'm confident to say that I am well equipped with conceptualisation, business, management and re-engineering (constructing) in both fashion and IT sectors.

As a hand-on person, I am able to design and involve in making textile fabrication, both 2D & 3D digital art and hand-drawing illustration, fashion illustration/artworks, technical flat specification, pattern making, fashion garment construction, UI design, UX & AI data-driven, web analytics. I am heading where my passion leads me ... to the artistic, design and aesthetics pursuits.

I am open to any project that allows me to put both my fashion and IT skill to use. I am also excited to be involved in any new technology or innovation ( Nanotechnology print) textile fabric, i.e. or Virtual Reality and Artificial-intelligence project that needs design aspect to create an augmented mix-reality experience in Fashion and Art.

 Successful in implementation of File Server, Restore and Backup Server with Symantec Netbackup software upgrade, Phalcon Application Server with failover solution in place that met NSPM’s Disaster Recovery Plan, Corporate Strategy Compliance and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
 Obtained approval on Quality paper for Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) upgrade
 Obtained approval on the Project Charter and User requirement specification for Time & Attendance Management System.

o Requirement gathering on the hospital’s process and analysis sellers’ products in the IPAS industry. Involved in written the Scope of Work, functional and technical requirement for IPAS “Request for Proposal (RFP)” outsourcing procurement.
o Conducted procurement for the RFP’s bidder conference and vendor's evaluation selection.

• Involved in evaluating 13 sellers’ Request For Information (RFI) submission for Hospital’s Electronic Medical Record system (EMR) and arranged these sellers’ to conduct Proof of Concept (POC) during evaluation.
• Involved in writing POC and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) contract.
• For EMR's RFP, responsible for forming the Pharmacy requirement and defining scope from stakeholders (pharmacists and clinicians).
• In charge of the hospital’s Pharmacy system which involved Point of Sale of Pharmacy retail module, Inpatient, Discharged patient and Outpatient modules for both Alexandra Hospital and Jurong Medical Centre (JMC).

Accomplishments:
 Both IPAS and EMR projects have been awarded to appointed sellers, selected by the project stakeholders.

Accomplishments:
 Led external teams in development and launched new Projects such as:
o Issue Tracking system (in SharePoint platform) to track and manage vendors’ performance and SLA
o Change management System to manage the workflow of CR implementation and approval.
o Job scheduler & monitoring system (CA Workload automation solution) to migrate all MDA application’s batch jobs to a centralized controlled system
o Limited Partnership Implementation in licensing system’s business applications
o Revamped the whole enforcement module in the licensing system to synchronize with the new system in Sub Court and to facility paperless concept
o Built new Classification system to allow certificated authority from the public to do film and video classification for G and PG rating
o Built New Business licensing system for tracking broadcasting and Satellite license
o Implemented new Programme Accounting system to replace the old ten years PAS. This was to support PSB to better capture more information about programs that MDA funds.
o Implemented and major enhancement on Online Communities Portal after the first phase of OCP deployed in end 2009 and users were underused the system. With this new system, it eased Media Classification team in better managing, providing consultation and advisory within MICA, MDA, and community
 In charge of refunding the 2011 Radio and Television license fee due to license abolishment announced in Singapore budget Day.

 Successful in setting up the test environment and production environment (UNIX and PC version) for the SFS system that was used in the above five fabs.
 Successful migrated ISS reports from old server to new server with the latest application version in July. (APF Upgrade to Ver. 6 from Ver. 3 and hardware server upgrading).
 Created new reports and charts for new technology such as T10, T11 (FLASH Technology) and Copper Technology and new products such as NAND Gate products.
