Jonathan Morss

Currently designing a variety of footwear freelance and also an academic on the footwear design BA course at De Montfort university.

In recent years I created the 'mors footwear' brand. This was a small scale brand focusing on quality and design. Mors was sold in some of the best stores in the world (Beams, Edition, American Rag Cie etc) and was well featured in the fashion press (Hypebeast, Highsnobiety, Vogue Japan). Worn by celebrities including Wiz Khalifa, Hudson Mohawke & Trey Songz.

I have been a footwear designer and product designer for various large brands including Nike (designing for Umbro under nike management) adidas, Decathlon and Levi's. I have designed every type of footwear from high performance to high fashion.

Having worked as a footwear designer in different areas, managed a small scale footwear brand and teaching footwear design at a University has given me a unique perspective and a wide ranging set of skills.
