• Provide art direction and brand oversight for all pieces created by both my team and outside design firms
• Manage the participant brand visual identity guidelines
• Manage team of graphic designers; oversee workflow, promote individual development and administer performance reviews
• Manage contractors through hiring, onboarding, training and daily workflow
• Strategize with Editorial and Interactive team leads, as well as Project Managers, Product owners and upper management to develop new core materials
• Strategize with design team to improve accuracy and increase efficiency (integration of GREP, automation, and refined styles for example)
• Act as team liaison in management meetings, client meetings and team building and efficiency committees such as an Employee Engagement Council
• Design marketing and educational material in corporate branding, using client's branding or creating custom graphics to promote financial wellness plans from concept through completion (e.g., brochures, flyers, emails, direct mail, posters, letters, microsites and presentations)

• Custom album designer
• Second shooter for weddings and social events

• Coordinate client requests, presentations and project management
• Design marketing and sales material using client's branding (e.g., packaging, brochures, flyers, direct mail and point of sale).
