Built and led team of industrial designers to create hundreds of consumer products over the span of two years. Directed team through research, design, and development with a fast pace, quick to market design philosophy which propelled Norwood to become the industry leader in promotional products.

Collaborated with world renowned mountaineer Pete Whittaker to develop Accent brand under Buck Whittaker label. Product line consisted of EDC knives, climbing gear, outdoor knives, and multitools. Designed the “Revolution” knife which received “Most Innovative Knife Design” award at the 2004 Blade Show.
