Every brand has a story, and I use design to help tell it. SUMMARY I'm a hands-on creative leader with experience developing, designing and managing the physical, virtual, and visual experiences for luxury and mass market B2C and B2B brands. Recent work for the Genesis, Hyundai, Scion and Toyota brands involved directing creative content for auto shows and events around the country. This includes research, strategy and concepting of experience design programs as they move from client presentations to production and installation. Strength in managing and working with a diverse team of senior and junior employees, consultants, and clients. Czarnowski is a full-service exhibit and event marketing company.
As Creative Director for the Hyundai account, my role included supervising a team of 3D and 2D designers, working alongside account and production teams, traveling to fabrication facilities and events around the country, and participating in weekly operations meetings with clients.
Managed the successful launch of Hyundai’s new auto show exhibition program in Fall 2015. This program encompassed 5 different tiers of architectural structures and layouts for different venues.
Following the launch of Hyundai’s program, the team delivered an exhibition program for the new Genesis luxury brand, which launched in January 2016. Most recently responsible for designing architecture and display elements for the new Genesis golf program at PGA events.
Supported Czarnowski’s corporate marketing activities by appearing in company videos, giving interviews to media about our design process and supporting new business development efforts at events.
George P. Johnson is a global event and experiential marketing agency that specializes in event and brand marketing.
As Associate Creative Director (ACD) on the Toyota account, I managed experiential projects around the country. Key duties included the overall design, architectural elements, brand activations and graphic media for the USA auto show season and annual National Dealer Meeting.
Following one season as ACD for Toyota, I was transitioned to Creative Director for Scion, tasked with bringing their new lifestyle-driven marketing campaign to life. In this role I developed the overall show plans, designed new architectural elements, and managed a team of graphic and media designers for USA auto show and events.
One highlight was the global launch of two new vehicles in NYC with a custom booth design and new digital media to support the unveiling. I also developed creative content for two project RFP responses that led to new business wins with existing clients.
Led an independent creative agency which provided multidisciplinary design support to larger agencies. Typical areas of support included research, business strategy, brand development, 3D design concepts, and working with vendors.

Westfield Corporation is one of the world’s leading shopping center companies with over 30 retail destinations globally.
Responsible for the design, development and production of branded environments across Westfield’s nationwide portfolio of properties. Project highlights include build-outs and displays for automotive and consumer electronic brands, commercial banking firms, and food and beverage pop ups.
Lead designer under guidance of studio principle for residential, commercial and hospitality architecture projects. This included research, site documentation, 3d modeling and rendering, model making, and client presentations. Project highlights include a residential project in Costa Rica that was highlighted in the media for its architectural design and use of sustainable materials.
